XEO
XEO is an interactive media platform designed for real-time audience engagement, mainly used by producers in events like concerts, sporting matches and live shows.
XEO consists of two main components: the Control Board and the Realtime Action Board.
As the designer of the web application, my goal was to enhance the user experience and revamp the platform's design without compromising any of its existing features. My objective was to create a more user-friendly and visually appealing platform that would be easier to navigate and use.
Design Process:
In order to fully comprehend the app and its functionalities, I began to deconstruct the functionalities and key features. By creating a comprehensive diagram that maps out every section and option available within the app. This diagram served as a visual representation of the app's structure and helped me to identify any potential gaps in my understanding.
By creating this diagram, I was able to gain a better understanding of how the different sections of the app were interconnected and how users could navigate through them. This knowledge was invaluable as it allowed me to appreciate the app's user experience from a more holistic perspective.
By mapping out every option available in the app, I was able to identify potential areas for improvement. By understanding what the app could and couldn't do, I was able to brainstorm ideas on how to enhance the app's functionality and make it more user-friendly.
Overall, the research process I undertook, including the creation of the comprehensive diagram, was instrumental in helping me to gain a deep understanding of the app's workings, identify areas for improvement and ultimately provide better recommendations for how to enhance the user experience.

Wireframes
Final Designs
Through careful analysis of user feedback, business goals, multiple iterations of wireframes and low-fidelity mocks, I helped the team develop a design system with guidelines and final designs that resulted in an exceptional product. This approach improved the user experience, facilitated future system additions and created a streamlined workflow from stakeholders to designers to developers, ultimately resulting in a better experience for the customers.
